How it works
Our autonomous solution is a system of robotic components that easily install into any ADT, converting it from manual to an autonomous construction ADT. Since most modern ADTs are controlled by-wire, our system leverages the ADT's existing CAN Bus system to direct vehicle functions. This way, it can control the transmission, steering, acceleration, and braking, and monitor real-time vehicle health indicators.
In some ADTs, steering is still a mechanical function. ASI installs an electro-mechanical steering actuator to perform steering maneuvers.
